AutoElectech will assist customers in warranty claim communication when possible but is not the warranty provider unless explicitly stated.

3. Used / Refurbished Products

Used or refurbished products are not covered by manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated.

Unless otherwise specified, used products may include:

DOA (Dead On Arrival) replacement warranty
Limited functional warranty (if stated on product page)

All used items are tested where possible before shipment.

4. DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy

DOA claims must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Customers must provide:

Detailed fault description
Installation environment information
Photos or videos if requested

If confirmed defective, we will offer replacement (if available) or refund.
