We sell both new and used industrial electronic equipment.
Used products may show cosmetic signs of previous use. All used products are tested where possible before shipment unless otherwise stated.
Product photos are for reference only unless explicitly stated as actual item photos.

3. Order Accuracy and Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility, including but not limited to:
- Correct part number
- Hardware revision
- Firmware version
- Application compatibility
If you are unsure, please contact us before purchase. We are not responsible for incorrect orders placed without prior confirmation.

4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.
VAT is applied according to EU regulations where applicable.
Payment must be completed before shipment.

5. Shipping
- Orders are shipped from Sweden or EU warehouse locations
- Handling time is typically 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
Customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes outside the EU.

6. Returns and Warranty

Covered by manufacturer warranty where applicable.
6.2 Used Products
Unless otherwise specified, used products may include limited functional warranty or DOA (Dead on Arrival) replacement warranty.
Used products are not covered by manufacturer warranty unless explicitly stated.

7. Return Conditions
Returns must be approved before shipment.
Returned items must:
- Be in original condition
- Not be electrically damaged
- Not be modified or opened
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Production downtime
- Loss of business or profit
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

9. B2B Sales
Most products are sold for professional industrial use. Buyers are expected to have technical knowledge required for installation and operation.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
